This contract allows us to offer temporary IT staffing solutions on a time-based model, giving Texas agencies access to skilled professionals when and where they need them. The ITSAC contract is part of DIR’s Cooperative Contracts program, streamlining the process of securing top-tier IT talent for state and local government projects.
Agencies have the flexibility to select staff from a list of pre-qualified vendors. They can either send out a request to all vendors or directly engage with a trusted vendor of their choice. Services provided under this contract are billed on an hourly basis, ensuring a straightforward and flexible approach to meeting IT staffing needs.

- Review the resumes, then schedule interviews for your selected candidates.
- Once you’ve made your selection, send a purchase order (PO) with our DIR contract number to BroadAxis, Inc.
